Refund policy

Vector Automation of America LLC accepts returns within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns require an RMA number issued by Vector Automation prior to shipment. Contact info@vectorautomation.com to request an RMA. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Brand New items must be returned in original sealed manufacturer packaging. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-warranty returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection.
