Vector Automation of America LLC is an independent reseller of new, new surplus, new open box, and used industrial automation parts and components. Vector Automation is not an authorized dealer, distributor, or affiliate of any original equipment manufacturer (OEM), including but not limited to Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, FANUC, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, or any other brand whose products appear in our catalog. Designated trademarks, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

All products are assigned one of the following condition codes, which govern the expected state of the product at the time of shipment.

Vector Automation makes no representation that any product is the most current revision, series, or firmware version available from the original manufacturer.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Vector Automation accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Vector Automation reserves the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Certain products are designated as "Quote Only." These products require a custom quote prior to purchase and cannot be added directly to the shopping cart. Pricing is determined based on configuration, quantity, and current market conditions. Vector Automation will respond to all quote requests within one (1) business day.

Vector Automation ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. All orders are subject to availability and processing time. Vector Automation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect all shipments upon receipt and to report any visible shipping damage to the carrier immediately.

Non-Warranty Returns: Customers may return New Surplus, New Open Box, or Used products within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Vector Automation does not accept returns based solely on date codes, series version, or cosmetic condition.

Brand New Products: Brand New items must be returned in the original manufacturer's sealed packaging, without third-party markings, repackaged in an outer carton to prevent damage in transit.

Return Authorization (RMA): All returns require an RMA number issued by Vector Automation prior to shipment. To request an RMA, contact us at info@vectorautomation.com. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with non-warranty returns.

New Surplus, New Open Box, and Used products sold by Vector Automation are covered by a 1-year Vector Automation warranty from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Vector Automation's obligation under this warranty is limited, at our sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective product, or a credit equal to the amount paid.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, accident, acts of nature, or operation outside of the product's specified parameters.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VECTOR AUTOMATION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL VECTOR AUTOMATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS. VECTOR AUTOMATION'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Automation's total liability to any Customer for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. Vector Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

By purchasing from Vector Automation, the Customer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the economic sanctions regulations administered by OFAC. The Customer represents and warrants that they are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of any country subject to U.S. sanctions, and that they are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or any purchase from Vector Automation shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

Vector Automation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
